Privacy policy
Short version: there's very little of yours to collect in the first place, since Trustlotto doesn't ask you to create an account.
What we collect
Your wallet address, and the on-chain activity tied to it — tickets bought, draws entered, invites made, prizes won. All of that already lives publicly on the blockchain; we index it to show it back to you in the app. We may also log IP addresses briefly, for security, rate-limiting, and fraud prevention.
What we don't collect
We don't ask for your name, email, phone number, or ID — there's no account to create beyond connecting a wallet. We never see or store your private keys or recovery phrase; those never leave your own wallet software.
Cookies & sessions
If you use a feature that needs a login session (like the admin console, if you're an operator), we set a small, secure session cookie to keep you signed in. The main player app doesn't require an account, so most of what you do isn't tied to a session at all.
Third parties
Trustlotto runs on BNB Smart Chain (a public blockchain) and uses a wallet connector (for linking your wallet) and a randomness service (for provably fair draws). None of these give us access to funds or private keys — they're the same public infrastructure any blockchain app relies on.
What we do with it
Showing you your own tickets, earnings, and history. Detecting abuse of the invite system. Improving the product. That's it — we don't sell wallet activity or any other data to advertisers or data brokers.
Your choices
You can stop using Trustlotto and disconnect your wallet at any time — nothing about the app requires ongoing access to your wallet beyond an active session. Because ticket purchases and invites are recorded on a public blockchain by design, that on-chain history can't be deleted by us or by you; that's what makes the game verifiable in the first place.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. Continuing to use Trustlotto after an update means you accept the current version, always posted here.
